The next step is to download the SIMManager software. I then found the latest driver for the DK38T, which is SIMREADER4, and after downloading it, my computer was able to recoginize the SIM card reader. I dug a little deeper and found a newer driver file, but this also didn't work.
The first driver that I found and downloaded didn't work. The first step after receiving the reader is to go to and download the latest drivers. It also wasn't as user friendly as you would expect, which is why I'm rating 4 out of 5 stars. It worked as promised, but didn't seem to copy the multiple numbers listed under a contact.
